CloudBiz is a formation and compliance-operations provider. It is not a law firm, CPA, bank, or payment processor. Bank and Stripe consulting is advisory only; account approval is never guaranteed. Services include multi-state LLC or C-Corp formation, federal EIN, registered agent for new or existing companies, and import of companies already formed.
